Quality Control & Testing Processes
NOKSEL spiral pipes undergo multi-stage quality control processes from raw material entry to shipment. Hot-rolled steel coils are helically formed and joined using Submerged Arc Welding (SAW). Both destructive and non-destructive testing are applied throughout production.

All weld seams are checked with non-destructive testing
Hydrostatic Pressure Testing
Each pipe is tested up to the designated test pressure values
Dimensional & Mechanical Testing
Tensile, impact, bending, and hardness tests are performed
